Reports of 60G a stack for peacebloom on some servers.

Inscriptions on both sides have resources. Don't buy on the AH on either side unless it's cheap.

Majors for 10 gold or less, Minors for 20 gold or less.

Otherwise, talk to your friendly neighborhood Geliis or Bolshka for needed inscriptions!
