Not recommended for those under 70. Most apt at 75 and above.
Make sure you do all the surrounding quests BEFORE talking to the Dragon Queen, because for some reason there seems to be an issue of lack of complete if you don't.
Never had that problem myself(I've done it four times, using each orphan) , but Kave did while I was there completing mine the first time.
Easy, peasy. Good xp and money. No rep gain (won't harm your rep of chosen faction).
AND... they are VERY cute!!!
