| Filter Keys. Like me you may have seen this from time to time when holding the wrong key down too long. It has a shortcut in it to turn the "Do you want to turn this on?" message off.
DON'T DO IT!
For whatever reason, this causes the up and down arrow keys to stop working as movement keys. It causes them to roll your action bars instead. | |

| Ugh, I hate the Filter Keys function in Windows. It was annoying in XP and it is a hundred times worse in Vista. All in an effort to be "intuitive"

| Just like pressing shift+up or down. You can disable the scrolling in the game, so that it won't flip them like that on you, if it's a big problem, through the keybindings settings.  | |
