Unconfirmed World Event beginning now.
Loot a Suspicious Crate and get infected. Either get healed by an Argent Healer or become a Zombie with new attacks and hostile to all factions.

It's spreading! Plague Roaches everywhere and the disease is supposedly harder to remove!
THE PLOT THICKENS.

Takes a lot for players to remove it. Argent Healers do it in one shot.
Also, for the PvP nuts, the Healers are pre-agged and will drop no loot.

Another note: any ability that makes you immune such as Iceblock or Divine Intervention will instantly turn you into a zombie. The same holds true for persisting disease-removing abilities such as a Priest's Abolish Disease.
This is pretty damn cool

Well, me and Hilly were just griefing the griefers. Fereye and Hilly run through the Trade District cleaning off the infection. Hilly got called several names... none new but still.

Hunters can kill the plagued roaches with their pets without the infection occurring.
