New neutral flight path located on the border between Eastern and Western Plaguelands. It is next to the Thondroril River bridge on the Western side.

I found Bulwark one today with Stillwind so need to get it for the rest . This is something been needed for awhile.

The Neutral can be reached by even a lowbee if you swim up and around Caer Darrow to Thorindil River. (Just go up the River from Hillsbrad near Tarren Mill.)
